The Brilliant "Horse Side Vet Guide" Mobile App:
Over the last few weeks I've been playing around with an App that I'm slowly falling in love with...
(Rob Hampson here by the way)
It's the: Horse Side Vet Guide
What is it?
Well - Do you ever find your horse showing signs of a medical problem, lameness, or in distress... and you're not sure what to do with it?
- Should I call the vet?
- Should I medicate myself?
- Should I bandage myself or will this need more attention?
Yeah, this happens to all of us (or most of us at least).
OR - "Do you have questions about your horse’s health – colic, lameness, wounds, behavior?"
Well that's what this app was created to help with.
To be a "vet" guide when you are by your horse's side... To help you decide what to do and whether to call the vet out.
The "Horse Side Vet Guide" is Packed Full Off:
1) Vitals Sheets...
2) Illistrations...
3) Videos on how to's - Like checking lameness, applying bandages, etc...
4) Plus lists of Your Potential Observations, Vet Diagnosis, Vet Treatments, "Your" Skills (to learn) and "Your" Supplies (to have)....
It's an impressive library of resources to help you diagnose, treat and care for your horse/s quickly.
My Question to You is?...
Have you seen it before? Are you currently using it?
Would love to know what your thoughts are and if you are finding it as useful as I am?
